PCS Time

26 February 2013

I hope everybody had a great weekend. I have had a very busy weekend. Barely had any time to blog. My packers will be here first thing in the morning. I'm trying to get everything that I will need until I meet back up with my household goods. I'm not sure when I will meet back up with everything. As of right now I don't even know when we will leave Washington because the date that we are given continues to change. The biggest thing is to get all the stuff out of the house and be ready for our move out inspection when it's time to go.

today was a good day. My husband had duty Sunday night and came home this morning. We got to spend the entire day together. I had a great time with him! We did dinner and a movie and afterwards went to our favorite bar in Downtown Bremerton and played darts and shot some pool. Great ending to a stressful couple of days.

I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a good day for me. I plan to sit back and watch the movers do their job. I'm hoping nothing will get broken in the process. I have a late lunch date with my friend Brittany. That will happen if the movers are done by 4pm, which they should be.

  1. Giiiirl, hang in there! Moving sucks. PCSing sucks... I hope you will love your new "home"!

    1. Thanks Anni! I hope we love our new location also.

  2. We did what you did! Sat back in the grass watching them hoping nothing got broken. Thankfully everything went smoothly! I hope you guys get a firm date soon! Good luck packing!

  3. Good luck! I've only been through one PCS, but I did it 38 weeks pregnant and alone (Hubby was deployed), so it really sucked. Not looking forward to the next one- it'll be an overseas move with a toddler (probably alone again).

  4. Good luck! I hope this PCS goes smoothly for you. :)
